Google PageRank Update Has Started

by Stephen on September 28, 2008

I am noticing the start of another round of PageRank updates on several sites we run. There are four new sites which have been set up during the past three months, all of which now have a PageRank between 1 and 3.

The usual procedure during these updates is for the PR to fluctuate a little over a period of several days before settling down on the true figure.

The debate about the relevance of the figure we see on our Google Toolbar continues, but it is good to see the bar change from white to green and white when it comes to new sites.
