Yahoo! search may be light years behind Google when it comes to usage, but it does come up with some innovative features. The latest integrates Facebook profiles into the search results. This will allow users to add a friend, poke, send a message or view a person’s friends.
The official Yahoo! blog post announcing the new feature says:
Facebook shared the structured data for this SearchMonkey app by adding semantic markup to their public profile pages.
Bob over to Yahoo! and give it a go.
